127 Yard Sale Vendor Information
Price:
• 20x20 spot is $125
• 10x16 covered spot is $400
• Barns and sheds vary on price
• $10 a day for electricity
• An initial $100 deposit is due by the end of June
• The rest of your rent is due the week of the sale
• Mail deposit checks to:

Tent Rentals:
• Vendors take care of renting their tents, we do not rent tents for you
• If you rent a tent, you are required to set up Wednesday, the week before
o Example: the sale is August 7th
– 10th, 2025. Tents must set up July 30th
• Your tent is required to be taken down by the following Friday (August 15th)
• If your tent is not taken off the property by the following Friday, you will be charged $50 a
day until the tent is removed from the property
• Make SURE you know the dimensions of your tent.
o If you rent a 20x20 tent and your stakes stick out an extra 8’ on both sides, you will
need to rent two spots so please take this into consideration when renting the tent!
Dates:
• The sale is the first weekend in August from Thursday – Sunday
• August 7th
– 10th, 2025
• Vendors are required to be set up by the end of that Monday
• Tear down on Sunday
