New Vendor Information:

• Initial 3-month lease with one month’s deposit required at signing

• Lease terms go month to month after initial 3 months

• Rent due on 1st of month

• Sales Payouts every two weeks

• Deposit used for any damage

• Rent is NOT deducted from sales checks

• 10% commission on all cash

• 13% commission on all credit card sales

• Sales tax collected, reported and paid to state each month

• Booth Rentals are $1.75 per square foot

• The minimum cost of a rental space is $35 (4x5)

• Case Rental costs may vary

Items NOT permitted include but are not limited to:

• Illegal paraphernalia

• Pornography from any era

• Anything that goes against Christianity

- Satanic items (devil horns, evil spirits)

- Items with curse words on them

• Out-of-date and or used clothing

• Flea market quality furniture

• Cheap nick-nacks

• Used, worn-out, cheap items
