Shipping Policy

At CMGS LLC, we know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we do our best to get it to you quickly! All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email or text.

We currently ship across the U.S. using reliable carriers, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Local pickup is also available at:

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for store credit:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Must be free of odors, dirt, stains, and animal/human hair
Must be approved before returning by contacting us at store@cumberlandmountaingeneralstore.com
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Store credit will be issued once your item is inspected and approved

Non-returnable items include:

Clearance or sale items
Personalized/custom items
Items marked “final sale”
